Increase the frequency of buses and connect lines to the BLAST system

Environmentally friendly transportation needs to be perceived as safe in order to be viewed as a viable option.

A barrier between cyclists and cars
Flashing lights so pedestrians can cross the street safely
Car drivers to maintain the speed limit. Increase the police presence for speeders.
